Mad on berries

I think Campbell has a thing for berries ..... yesterday he had corn fritters for his lunch.  Then he downed probably about 8 or 9 blueberries (I didn't count!).  Then chomped down on another 3 or 4 strawberries!  Mum decided he'd had enough by this stage!
Then he decided to help pick some more strawberries from the plants outside, this is what he thought "helping" meant...

And then he figured he must have eaten enough berries by now, and that he seemed to be lacking some stone in his diet...

A North Island Christmas

We spent half of December in the North Island, and had an awesome time!  Campbell and I caught up with some mum and baby friends in Foxton, which was great!  Campbell started pulling himself up on furniture, and walking along sofas too, so now nowhere is safe! Dad took this great family photo of us while we were in Masterton for the first week.

Then we had a great, relaxing week in Wanganui.  Campbell met a number of new animal friends, including a baby fawn and some ducklings, that captivated him enough to start quacking himself!

Then we were off to Paraparaumu on Christmas Eve, and spent Christmas in a rented holiday home with my family.  Lovely and relaxing - plenty of food, and lively games of Ticket to Ride, badminton and balloon bunting!  Campbell enjoyed his first Christmas - I managed to get photos of him in his Christmas outfit, and opening his first present, from mummy and daddy!

Now we're back home, we've been busy with the house renovations (aren't we always?), and a very energetic, busy wee boy!  Gee, now I have to worry about first birthday preparations!  Aaaargh, its way too close!
