Bucket boy

Campbell's latest fun thing to do is walk around the house with a bucket on his head - a new version of hide and seek? I was amazed that he wasn't falling over, until I realised he was holding it out at the front of his head, and he must be watching his feet! He's actually peeking out in the photo, but normally you can't see his head at all.

Walk in the Botanic Gardens

We visited the Botanic Gardens last week, to catch up with some friends of mine and Campbell's, and we had a lovely warm, sunny day for it. I tried out Campbell's walking harness, and he had a blast testing it!
The car was parked quite a way away from the cafe we were at, and uphill at that, but it didn't stop Campbell wanting to walk by himself all the way back!
On the way back to the car, we visited the bird aviaries - despite being incredibly tired, Campbell appreciated seeing and hearing the big birdies. In the photo below, he's pointing to the big parrots just like he points to his pet cockatiels!
