The afternoon after that crisp autumn morning was hot! It felt like summer again! We all went to Kowhai Park, a wonderful kid's playground in Wanganui. Campbell had a blast, there were so many fun things to ride on, slide down and crawl through. I knew he'd love the slides, but it turns out he also loved the big mountain with tunnels burrowing through it! He also enjoyed the Tots Train ride with Daddy, which was blue like his old friend Thomas!
The toddler also known as Campbell, Cam, Squirt, Miscreant, Sausage, Mr Grubbins, Mr Tumnus, Troublemaker...the list goes on... and now No. 2 is here, also known as Regan, Squeak, Mr. Bubs, Wriggles...

A Wanganui autumn morning
Campbell, his Grandma and Mummy went for a walk up the hill early Saturday morning, last weekend when we were in Wanganui. It was a beautiful, crisp autumn morning, with plenty of autumn leaves scattered around the place - this is the best part of the season, I reckon!

Waimarino rodeo
Okay, this is a few weeks late, but I've finally managed to get some photos on here! Turns out its quite hard to choose just 5 or so photos from the roughly 400 photos taken on the day!
Sandra, Jack and myself went to the Waimarino Rodeo a few weeks ago, leaving Danial and Campbell at home, and we had a blast! Never thought I'd enjoy a rodeo so much. I must say, I like the fast shutter speed of my wonderful Canon camera - I also never thought it would be so easy to take 400 photos in about 2 hours!
I couldn't choose my very best out of so many, so I decided to put up one photo from each event we saw. Starting with the saddle bronco:
